Please read the following Terms and Conditions of Sale of Magiprettifiche.com carefully. Placement of an order constitutes confirmation of full acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
All the prices are exclusive of VAT, the deposit on the old returned part and the separate shipping costs, and may be changed at any time without notice.
1.1.1 - Return of Old Parts
The prices are based on a reconditioned product supplied in return for an old product of the same type and version. The old part must be returned to Magip Rettifiche within 30 days, failing which the deposit amount will not be credited. The amount of the deposit does not correspond to the actual value of the old product, therefore if the old product is not returned, the difference between the actual value of the product and the deposit paid will be debited.
1.1.2 - Acceptance of Old Products
The returned old product must not have any visible external damage (e.g. holes in the engine block or gearbox etc.), failing which a charge will be made. The returned old product must also be assembled, washed on the outside, and oil-free. Returned old parts must be free from cracks or breaks in the supports, and the boxes and shafts must be intact.
The minimum order is €50, excluding shipping costs or other additional charges. On completion of the purchase, the Customer must keep a copy of the order and of these Terms and conditions.
The products will be shipped with a covering invoice, in a transparent envelope affixed to the outside of the package sent to the Customer.
Online orders will be fulfilled immediately on receipt of payment or by the end of the next day at the latest.
Products will be shipped by courier. The Customer must sign the courier’s dispatch note. Customers are asked to be available at the time of collection, or to authorise a trusted person to collect the package.
Magiprettifiche.com declines all liability towards the Customer as a result of events of force majeure (strikes, transport interruptions or delays, server unavailable etc.) which may prevent the order from being fulfilled. The Customer shall have no right to compensation for any direct or indirect loss or damage suffered as a result of such an event.

All the products advertised for sale on Magiprettifiche.com have a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.
The warranty is limited to the sold product or the reconditioned part, but only to the components that were sold. Therefore, any other assembly or part that may have been installed with the sold item, but was not sold by Magiprettifiche.com, is excluded. No compensation will be paid for any loss or damage arising from the use or non-use of the reconditioned part. The warranty only covers the reconditioning of the defects found on the reconditioned part, and does not include travel expenses, towing expenses, labour costs for dismantling and refitting the part to the vehicle, consumables (filters, lubricants, antifreeze, spark plugs, etc.), the costs of transporting and shipping the parts, vehicle downtime and any other expense not expressly covered by the warranty.
The warranty will lapse if:
-the problem was caused by careless use, negligence and/or or tampering by the customer or by a third party, the alteration or deletion of serial codes or numbers on the part, failure to comply with the manufacture’s recommended service intervals, poor or improper use of the reconditioned part or fortuitous events that were not due to processing defects or defective materials;
-the invoice is not paid on the agreed date;
-the warranty seals have been removed.
In accordance with the laws on termination and the return of goods bought online, Magiprettifiche.com only allows cancIn accellation for private consumers who are not trading as sole traders or small businesses (Art. 5 Decree Law 185/1999). If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within eight days from receipt, provided that it has not been used and has not been damaged or tampered with in any way.
Returns will not be accepted without the prior authorisation of Magiprettifiche.com. Please closely follow the returns procedure, details of which are given below, in paragraph "3 – Conditions of Return". Customised products or products made to the Customer’s specifications will not be accepted as returns.
The Court of Vicenza, Italy, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.
For orders to be delivered in Italy, we accept the following means of payment:

If you would like to pay by bank transfer, on selecting this mode of payment you will receive a link via email, with full details of how to proceed.
The product will be shipped when you send us the bank transfer receipt, with the transaction (CRO) number, either by e-mail or by fax, 0445-380865.
If you would prefer to pay on delivery, the cash must be paid to the courier delivering the package.
In accordance with Decree Law 185/1999 on the right of cancellation, private customers (not trading as sole traders or small businesses) who have bought a product from Magiprettifiche.com and are not fully satisfied with the product may return it or ask for a replacement, within eight days of receipt. The goods must be returned to Magip Rettifiche srl, Via del Lavoro 11, Sarcedo 36030 VI Italy.
Magiprettifiche.com offers Customers following options:
The costs of shipping the replacement product will be paid by Magiprettifiche.com, provided that the new item is of a value equal or higher than that of the replaced item. (Reimbursement is not available if the product has already been replaced, and customers will only be entitled to an exchange. If more than one product is returned for the same order, the shipping costs will be charged).
If the product is defective, the Customer must promptly contact the Customer Service department (within 48 hours of receipt) stating the invoice number and telephone contact details.
Magiprettifiche.com will check the product, and if processing defects or defective materials are found, it will replace the item as quickly as possible. If the item is temporarily unavailable, the Customer may decide to wait for new stock to arrive, or to accept a refund.
If the Customer requests a refund, Magiprettifiche.com will reimburse the entire sum paid, excluding shipping costs and any ancillary charges, within 10 days from the return of the goods, by cancelling the credit card transaction or by bank transfer, after the Customer has provided his or her bank details.

Magiprettifiche.com will only accept returns if the following conditions are met:
- All returned items must be intact, otherwise the product will be returned to the sender and the shipping costs charged.
- All returned items must be in the original packaging with all the accessories.
- The item must be shipped at the care and expense of the Customer. If the product is damaged during transport, Magiprettifiche.com will accept the goods with reservation, and will inform the Customer so that a claim can be made against the courier to obtain compensation. Magiprettifiche.com declines all responsibility for damage, theft or disappearance of goods returned without insurance.
If the customer cancels on the grounds of one of the above conditions, Magiprettifiche.com will make the item available to the Customer and will simultaneously cancel the request of termination. The shipping costs, to return the product to the Customer, will be paid by the customer.
The Customer can exercise the right of termination by sending a fax to Magip Rettifiche or by completing the online return form.
On completion of the online purchase procedure, the Customer should print out and keep the terms and conditions of sale, which will be deemed accepted when the purchase contract and product specifications are agreed, in order to comply with the conditions of legislative decree 185/1999.
The Customer hereby indemnifies Magiprettifiche.com in respect of all liability resulting from the issue of inaccurate invoices due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.
To return a product, the Customer must fill out the return form, in order to receive a “Return Authorisation Number”. This number must then be indicated on the transport note attached to the product at the time of shipping.
To return the product, proceed as follows:
- Ensure that you have read the above terms of acceptance.
- Access the Returns Form, by clicking on the “RETURNS” link and saving a copy on your computer.
- When you have completed the form, save it and send to email@example.com.
- Magiprettifiche.com will then send an email containing the “Returns Authorisation Number".
- Follow the instructions in the email and send the goods to the indicated address, as specified.
